The preparatory work for the Liaoning Branch of the China Ocean Photography Association has officially commenced. The association will leverage ocean culture as a unifying force to establish a premium platform integrating photography creation, exhibitions, and exchanges. Simultaneously, preliminary planning for the "Blue Liaoning" Ocean Photography Competition will begin.
The chapter will bring together outstanding marine photography artists from home and abroad to promote the spread and development of marine culture.
